Microsoft Business Solutions Project Accounting—Solomon (now part of Microsoft Dynamics™) has given Cleveland Electric a new benchmark for profitability. By providing project managers with real-time budget information, the solution has helped them to increase their profit margin by 2.5 percent. Cleveland Electric has been able to reduce their month end closing time by 65 percent. System flags now identify subcontractors lacking proof of insurance and they are denied payments until proof of insurance is furnished.
